Spring, my favorite time of year.

Who can resist the feeling of a fresh beginning when the daffodils start to wave their heads and the birds are all of a twitter. The magical atmosphere often inspires us to have a good sort out at home, maybe with some new curtains or blinds, or even a complete re-decoration of a room, or indeed rooms.

If the bug has bitten you, then take a look at our web site www.polesandblinds.com for some ideas for your choice of curtain poles or blinds before you start on your quest. The site is a wealth of indispensable advice as well as having one of the largest selections of curtain poles, tracks and window blinds available to purchase on line.

For a really fresh look, take inspiration from nature and work around the colours of springtime. Pretty plant motifs in shades of pale leaf green, duck-egg blue, and jasmine will create a mood of relaxed harmony, used either for the curtains or as window blinds. The walls should be a fresh, clean colour, not muddy taupes and beiges which will cloud the crisp airy feeling. Keep it light and naturally beautiful and don’t forget to include fresh flowers and plants in your accessories
